A native of Ireland, Ian Robinson has served the Greater Chicago area for 35 years. Raised in the city of Derry, Ireland, which is home to many prestigious builders and construction businesses, Ian received his training and entered the roofing and general contractor business in 1984.
After his family moved to Chicago in 1988, Ian worked for various large roofing and home improvement companies in the region for ten years before starting his own business. Over the past three decades, he has been involved in many of Chicago area’s high-profile restoration projects and completed hundreds of roofing and interior renovation tasks in residential and industrial properties.
Ciaran Robinson started working for the family business at the age of 16 when he began working on various summer roofing and interior restoration jobs. Upon graduating from college in 2014, he officially joined Inishowen and obtained from the department of financial and professional regulations on behalf of the company an Unlimited Illinois State Roofing license, which covers both residential and commercial buildings.
During his tenure at the company, Ciaran participated in a series of high-profile roofing projects such as a well-known nursing home in Wood Dale and a building affiliated with the Chicago Park District. In addition to roofing, he’s also skilled in a wide range of general contractor tasks.
