Slate Roof

EPDM
The company is certified in EPDM which is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane, widely used in flat roof buildings in the Greater Chicago area. Its two primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene, are derived from oil and natural gas.
TPO
Similar to EPDM, the company is also certified in TPO roofing, a type of roofing membrane made from polyprophylene and ethylene-propylene rubber polymerized together. Typically installed in a fully adhered or mechanically attached system, it allows the white membrane to remain exposed throughout the life of the roof.
Modified Rubber
Modified bitumen roof systems can be installed with the common torch method, asphalts, or cold adhesives.
